You can choose to stay in either a "Room" or an "Apartment Suite":

Each "Apartment Suite" has the following features:

- either two single beds or one double bed,
- an additional (double) sofa bed in some suites
- 30" plasma tv with dvd player
- air-conditioning
- telephone (free local calls)
- wireless-g internet
- small kitchen with fridge and stove (cooking may be allowed),
- independent entry
- private bathroom.

We also have "Rooms" with shared bathroom available.

Rooms with shared bathroom are on the third floor of a three floor apartment. There are two rooms on either side of a large bathroom in the center. There is a double bed, cable television and telephone in each room. There is a large lounge and kitchen on the second floor.

All suites, rooms and common areas are NON-SMOKING.

Breakfast is served in the lounge with tea/coffee, orange juice, bagel, croissant, creamcheese, jam, fresh fruit, cereal and milk.

We are located near University Street, at the quiet end of Prince Arthur Street which is one of Montreal's favorite spots. Full of sidewalk cafes and bring-your-own-wine restaurants.

Train station, downtown shopping malls, Chinatown, festival sites and Montreal`s biggest green space (Mount Royal Park) are all located within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The Apartment was built in 1921 with exposed brick walls and fireplace (s).

There is free parking on the street, or we have indoor garage space for $10 per night.

The rates are as follows (adjustments for High and Low season rates):

1. Please note that all currencies are in Canadian Dollars and INCLUDES continental breakfast.
2. Above rates are for per night for double occupancy. (for each additional person add $20)
3. Please also add 16.26% tax to the above rates.

Reservation:

1. The charge for the first night only shall be put on your credit card at the time of making a reservation. We need your Credit Card Number and the Expiry Date.
2. If cash payment is desired, we can issue you a refund on your credit card at the time of check-in and you can pay the complete amount in cash.
3. Other forms of payment: you can also mail a cheque (Canadian or American Dollars) in advance (30 days or more) or do a bank transfer (15 days or more).
4. You can also pay the balance of your bill with a credit card at check-in but we add 3% credit card fee. Canadians can pay with Interac without any additional charges.
5. Please also indicate the number of persons and or preference (or absolute necessity) of two single beds or double bed etc.

Check-In: Check-in is from 2 PM until 6 PM

IMPORTANT: (Checking-in before 2 PM or after 6 pm may be OK but you have to write/call us in advance to make an arrangement since our office closes at 6 PM).

Check-Out: Latest Check-out is 11 AM

Please note our cancellation policy:

1. All cancellations are subject to a $25 (Cdn.) charge per room reserved.
2. When cancelling more than 15 days: Your deposit minus cancellation fee is refunded.
3. With 15 days notice or less, (and more than 24 hours) we will give you a credit of your deposit less cancellation fee ($25), which can be used towards future stay.
4. With a notice of less than 24 hours from your arrival, we charge $25 plus the first night of the stay, without possibility of receiving the amount for the night as credit.
5. Cancellations after check-in: We have to be notified at least 24 hours in advance for any credits towards future stay.
